When Apple screws up, they hand out freebies. Recompense for a bad customer experience.  Why doesn’t the phone company do this?  Can you imagine your local phone company offering you 60 free days of DSL service because of how often it goes down?

Well, it appears Apple doesn’t want its service reputation to sink to that of a telephone company, because it anted up 60 days of free service for ALL users of its Mobile Me synchronization web site.  Good news for early adopters.   Oh, and if you’re not already a Mobile Me subscriber, you have until midnight tonight to get your free 60 days.
